Register by September 19th

If you're an accepted SV you should have already received conference registration instructions via e-mail. If you have not registered by September 19th at 5pm EST we will assume you are no longer interested in volunteering, and will remove you from the SV list.

Housing

We've arranged discount lodging at the Comfort Inn (previously Days Inn) at 4540 Mission Bay Drive - about a 35 minute walk for a $5 cab ride from the conference hotel. Call the Comfort Inn (858.274.7888) and mention rate code "CSCW" to get our special rate of $95 per night. Rooms must be reserved by October 18 to receive the discounted rate.

Arrival and Departure Dates

We require that all SVs arrive in San Diego by Sunday night (November 9th) and stay until the end of the conference on Wednesday (November 12th). Please make travel plans accordingly. If you think these date restrictions will be a problem for you please contact us and we'll see if we can work something out.
